Didn't I see a post by you about a camping trip at Hard Rock in May on the Tampa area thread ?

"D" I'll try and make it , let me know what weekend you can do it . Some of the Florida folks will be at GSMTR in May .

It appears we need to disguise trail rides as picnics. :D

I won't be making any tail rides in May :frown:
I'll be prepping for the Rubicon trip. Took the brown cruiser on a trip to north Florida this weekend on a camping trip/highway shakedown drive. On arrival home tonight discovered ANOTHER Poly Performance POS axle wore out where the bearing rides.

I'm either going to have to either build up another rear end or run stock axles :frown:

Full floater would be nice. Cruiser full floaters would be an improvement, but I think they would still break under the Battle Wagon.

A custom full floater with beefier components would be better. But it would snowball. Might as well make it a center diff. That would require a different transfer case, which would mean a different transmission which I might as well build a rig from scratch.

Here's my fix. Not really the best solution, but not too costly either.
OK for a rig that will never be the epitome of a rock crawler.
The project is 75% complete, but never finished it:

I don't want to be going on a cross country trip with a beta version new axle.

Not sure if this event happened in May, but a few of us with yota buggies will be at the 4x4 appreciation event on June 8th. We made back from the GSMTR with minor bumps and are still running! I know some other guys with yota trucks will be there. Come on out and join!
