Well .. after much deliberation between getting MT's vs. AT's, the tires below ended up on the truck yesterday. I didn't see much on MUD regarding the Hankook ATM's, but everywhere else on the net seemed to have people with good things to say about them. I was looking at the Terra's, Dyna Pro MT's, Duratracs, MTR's, and these.

They are 10 ply I believe, I am currently running them at 40 PSI. They have a TON of siping and the space between the lugs is quite generous, deep tread for an AT. Several reviews from dudes that have them on heavier rigs (Super Duty, etc.) state that they wear well.

These balanced up with little weight, ride well and are pretty quiet (to be expected I guess). It's cold up here right now and the rubber is still quite pliable, traction on ice and snow is VERY good. So far a good pick in my books (I know, it's only been a DAY!) Can't wait to see what they are like on the trail!

Those look great. Are they 285's or 315's? The Duratracs on my wife's LX have been outstanding in the snow. They're a night and day difference compared to the Toyo AT's on my '97. So for now the '97 is parked 'til Goodyear gets more Duratracs in the 315 flavor which won't be 'til the end of Dec.:frown: It also doesn't look right lifted w/ the stock size Toyo's.

I am running these in 305/70x16 on my rig. They are good in sand dirt and mud too. I went with Dynabeads for balancing, so no complaints/notes on external traditional balancing. They are quiet on the road too. So far I am pleased with these on my rig.

They are an awsome tire but the only thing I did not like was the side wall. They seem to be as thin as a passenger tire. Might have been the selection I got :frown:.

They knocked a couple weights in the inside of the wheel, that's all I could see. They are 315's. Once they were on the truck, I knew I should have listened to Nay and got 37's!! I thought these tires were pretty big, but with 2.5" lift, there is quite a bit more room in those fender wells!

I didn't pay much attention to the side wall thickness .. Maybe that's why they don't have more popularity on here??? I guess time will tell.
