not a sugestion but it how its suppose to me mounted. Check your 60 to see if the mounts are there, go buy a hand trottle........takes all of 5 min to put it in. Usefull..........prolly not........ ;)

and yeah for some off reason US spec fj62's had the HT stock. 60's didn't, 80's didnt(some don't even have the correct pedal) 40's from the early 70+ don't.

Thanks for the input. I guess I would still have to buy the hand throttle, cause 60s did not come with them (I think). Thanks for the mounting sugestion Pimp. Sounds like something that can be useful in many an instance.

Cheers

Hey Pimp, I should know from you it's not a suggestion, but an OEM fact! Useful, well, I do a lot of the things to the 60 that are not useful; it's our hobby. Gotta throw the money away on something instead of wasting it on my kids education. (Kidding)

I'll check to see if the mounting is in place for it tonight, and let you guys know. Just called my Toyota parts guy and with my Lone Star Land Cruiser Discount a new OEM throttle is $35. Maybe the kids can still go to college.
