Me and Jim went to get some oil and we wondered if you got home in time. I figured you pry did but guess not.. Once again thanks to all and had a good time as always. Thank to Glenn for letting us use ur shop and helping me with my stuff. That membership goes along ways whether its $15, 10 or even lil ole 5 it is def worth it..
Glad that we were able to accomplish all that was on our plate. Thanks to all the members who showed and to the new potential member who were there as well, i hope we gave a good first impression as to what we're all about (Helping other members out whether experienced in auto repairs or not). I love what i do whether for hire or not. So i'm willing to always help when i can.
Dbenke was a great help with Jasons lift installation, i just removed myself from their work and let them flow, Great Job and it looks great Jason. Also thanks to Dbenke for taking care of Mikes string alignment and tie rod installation
Hope he doesn't post any more about Stiff Steering

Scott's locker problem was not solved but we were able to identify the reason they were not operating and were able to trick the locker system into engaging with some jumper leads by bypassing the 2 ionperative center difflock switches located on the center differential.
Tristan's low oil pressure was narrowed down to a faulty oil pressure sender or faulty gauge as he has approximnately 55 psi oil pressure at idle when cold and 25 to 35 psi after extended driving,(Tristan said he was going to Folly Beach and back for a test drive to heat the engine up wit the manual oil pressure gauge installled but he never came back, Maybe the local Folly beach girls kidnapped him and are holding him for ransom)Just Kidding, he did return but with lipstick all over him. Hope his Fiance doesn't have his password to get on this site.
Also fixed a potential members rig for a vacum hose off under the throttle body from a previous Halfass Dealership repair, done by the previous owner.
Thank to Jim for being our goffer for parts pickup to North Charleston and for picking up lunch and for Taking Tristan to the parts store for oil.
Had a good time, but now it's time for some wife time as she is somewhat jealous of the time i spent with the guys today.
See or hear from you guys on Monday
