H55h transmission retaining Bearing # (1 Viewer)

So, 12 years ago I had a H55h put into my 84 FJ60. it's currently at my Mech for some clutch work, but he states that the transmission retaining Bearing, and O ring/ rings need to be replaced.
Can anyone help me with the part number, And where I can source it?
