Proud to announce that one of our exclusive products has finally been tested thoroughly and is ready to run/sell/install.
If you’ve worked on the transfer case behind an H41/42 four-speed transmission, then you’ve probably run into the issue of any one of the three spacers on the transmission output shaft assembly being worn or damaged.
This is typically caused by the installation of an improper washer at the end of the output shaft under the stake nut. The washer concaves over time, allowing the spacers to spin and the transfer case input gear to move back-and-forth. This typically damages a spacers to the point that proper preload cannot be set even when installing a new stake nut.
Our spacers are made from US DOM tube that’s cut/machined to size, hardened and then faced to ensure perfect fit.
We offer all 3 spacers along with anything else you might need when working on your Tcase or performing a 3 to 4 speed swap.
The spacers are $25 each. We have plenty in stock.
