People!

i do some maintenance on my gearbox (full rebuild). at the same time i thought it would be nice to get a 5th gear of .736 ratio :). so i bought it from AUS. (Terrain Tamer type incl. gear and counter shaft. i believe i have received a 5th gear conversion kit for a H152F gearbox typically installed in a VDJ76, but don't know. (the vendor is on it, but i thought it would be helpful to check with you to at the same time :)

after a closer review when trail fitting, i've found some deviation at the 1st and 2nd gear at the new counter shaft:

question:
1. could this be solved by changing the 1st gear and the 2nd gear on the output shaft from a VDJ76?
2. does anyone have the following countershaft to measure the diameter and count the teeth of 1st and 2nd gears of the counter shaft? (33421-60122). if that specific countershaft is similar to the Terrain Tamer countershaft i bought, it means the 1st and 2nd gears on the output shaft should be as follows: 33335-60170 (with 42 teeth's?) & 33033-60060 (with 40 teeth's?)

looking forward to hear if someone else has converted a H151F to a H150F or H152F and then modified the 5th gear :p.

Regards,
Rasmus (Norway)
