I pulled the H out of my HJ45 Troopy. I can't keep a head gasket in it. I don't know if I have a cracked head, or cracked block. So I'm parting it out. If you're curious there's various photos of the work I have done to the engine in this thread.
I have already sold the modified oil filter mount and bell housing.
Things not for sale off the engine: glow plugs, 12v EDIC and the fuel injectors.
The alternator mount accepts an Isuzu NPR/GMC style alternator. I also have the stock 12v Toyota alternator available too. Used but worked well when removed from the truck.
The 12v starter is not pictured but is available.
The fuel injection pump on the engine was rebuilt 25k miles ago by DFI Specialists in Portland, Oregon. I also have a spare-non rebuilt pump.
I have two complete sets of injection lines for the engine.
The clutch, pressure plate and flywheel are used and in good shape. I also have a spare new clutch and pressure plate.
I have a spare cylinder head. Consider it a core, it might be good I haven't had it tested. It's missing one valve.
The water pump on the engine has about 2k miles of use on it. I have a spare brand new water pump as well.
I have a complete lower end rebuild kit for the engine including cylinder liners purchased from AU.
I built the custom turbo manifold. You can read about it and see the fabrication process in the thread linked to above.
I know I should post prices but I'm open to offers for any combination of parts.
