Check the tech section....the answer is yes....the 5-speed will bolt to the block of your existing motor.

Well, the answer is yes...and no...
The tranny will bolt to your 4 speed bellhouse, but your transfer case won't bolt to the 5 speed...You'll have to switch to a leter model split transfer case...that will leave you with no emergency brake, though you can buy ebrake kits for the split transfer for about $300...
