I recently ran into a YouTube channel for this shop in South El Monte called 88Rotors

They have posted a whole bunch of suspension and tire upgrades on Tacoma’s, 4Runners, GX470s, and others.

Anyone dealt with them?

They have been around a while. I had some work done on my 200 there. Since RPM garage is so hard to get a hold of, 88 has been my backup when I couldnt get into TLC or Yotamasters

not sure if you're looking for other recommendations, but i had all my suspension work done at rocksolidtoys in orange county... i know one of the techs there, so i'm biased, but both the tech and the owner are really good dudes... i think they just up moved to a bigger shop too.

RPM Offroad Garage in Monrovia is a good resource as well.

RockSolidToys looks like a solid place and they have a blog on what they did to their 2004 GX470 https://www.rocksolidtoys.com/singl...0-Sliders-Rock-Lights-and-Suspension-upgrades

I just feel I might convert my rear to springs soon and I’m looking at places to do it. And it’s going to be more than just shocks and springs. I’m looking to improve articulation by extending rear sway bar end links, maybe upgrade rear upper links, and extend brake lines.

yah, actually both guys own gx470's... but i think they're main focus is long-travel rock crawlers, and other projects that are more on the extreme side. but that just means that they're more than capable of working on basic suspension stuff too.
