GX460, 2014, getting grease tracks on inside of driver's window (1 Viewer)

Everytime the window goes down and back up there is another grease track. The princess thought they were scratches in the tint, but they are grease tracks.
I'm thinking the window regulator is warped and needs replacing; anybody had something similar on thier GX?

Here are some R&D type of self tests to do before moving forward.
Have you pulled the door panel off to see yet?
Do you hear any scraping when going up/down?
If you pull the window inward and/or outward as it goes up and down do you still get the same result?
Try some of these tests to see if you can isolate the problem.

No exploritory surgery yet.
Courious if anybody else has had this and if its a common issue.
