The Book Cliff Cruisers are doing a campout and wheeling trip June 13-15 in the Gunnison Gorge NCA near Delta, CO. This will be a lazy weekend but we will run some easy to moderate trails nearby. We will be camping at Cottonwood Campground right on the river. Main activity will be sitting around enjoying some cold beverages. The river is up and smoking but we may shuttle a short stretch in my IK. The water will be too cold and fast for tubing but great for experienced kayaking. Also good mountain biking nearby. Anyone with a Toyota or Lexus 4x4 is welcome to join us. PM for details.

No one showed up so just spent the entire weekend chasing my young puppy around trying to keep her from chewing/eating everything in sight. She exhausted me and her too.
Had a yahoo ride through the campground on a dirt bike going too fast. When he saw me giving the stinkeye he gassed it and tried to shower me with gravel and came very close to loosing it. If he had gone down there it would have placed his stupid ass in a big cactus patch. He dropped two cans of beer, both broke open suggesting he already drank four of them. I so wished he had dumped it right in front of me. Would have truly made my day.
