I am in seabrook right now and on my way into town I saw a sweet Gun metal gray FJ Cruiser that was jacked up, had awesome hummer style brush guard, flares and pretty large tires. Is that one of your crew down here? I've never seen pics of that thing but it was pretty sweet.

I saw an all blue one (matching roof) in Mt Pleasant last weekend, same question.

not one of us but run his ass down if you see him again..... my buddy just bought a sandstorm and is picking it up this weekend and will be joining us.

there is still that awesome BLACK DIAMOND 2007 here that is already built up and in pristine condition and NEVER been off the highway. ARB bumper with Winch and fog lights, 3" OME suspension lift, Mickey Thompson tires with MT Wheels, aftermarket stereo with nav system built in, automatic sunroof that closes if rain drops hit it anywhere, LED map and floor lamps....you name it...he has it. $23k. If it does not sell he is sticking in garage for his grandson when he turns 16 in 3 years.
If interested I will put you in touch with him...

I also so a jacked up 40 turning onto Daniel Island this morning coming over the Wando bridge. While I was riding beside him admiring it I was going to follow him and speak. Next thing I know he exits right and I can't get after him.

It was a tan 40 with nor top or doors, liftes with mud tires and a Warn 8274 winch on the front and a big spare tire on the back.

Anyone know that one? I should have grabbed some cards from you Brock the other day. I am down to one.

I saw a black trail teams edition today but he turned off before I could get too close to him. larger tires, front bumper, roof rack, etc. On Ben Sawyer in Mt. Pleasant. Also saw a Lexus 470 later heading to IOP have seen it before F/R bumpers, winch, and sliders w/ a sticker on them "it's a rock...get over it" need to talk to "HER"

Wow...thats cool

Looks nice, but that damage multiplier on the hood better be on there good, or if he ever hits anything he'll be replacing a lot of sheetmetal.

I like the flares though, they make them look not so girly. Hint, hint, paging Mr. Brock. Time to order some pocket flares.:D

She works over at Poes. Her husband is a cruiser head and has a built 80 series. He has the club info from me from a while back. Sweet truck.

The front bumper is all custom and it is on there really good. Only bad thing is the vehicle is a cop magnet.

Truck was built by Southern Offroad in Atlanta.

BINGO! that is the one I saw. Very sweet in person. I almost ran into the divider between lockwood and folly getting onto the connector checking it out.

I'm trying to figure out how you get into the hood. My Bonnie is very reliable but shouldn't you at least check the oil occasionally?
Do you suppose it hinges out and then locks back down through the hood?

Also: Where is the synth line for that tacticool fairlead, or is that just faux macho?

Anyway VERY bad looking ride, gotta get him on the trails.

I was thinking the same thing Bill. If it is removable to get into the hood, then it can't be on there good. But it does look cool. I would have went ahead and spent the money on a complete exo though if I was going to put that much tube on. But everyone is different.

it probably hinges. The H1 brush guards that were like that did and it looks like he may have based his design on that.

The top of the guard is bolted to some brackets on the hood and it has support that allow it to swing away from the front of the bumper. Pretty easy to get into just hard for a thief to steal.

No winch yet but it is set up for one in the future.

Bolts to the hood, hinged. Sorry but that is not an offraod rig.

I was picking with you Brock about those flares. I am pretty sure if you look under them they will have Mopar stamped somewhere.;)
