Looks like the weather will be on our side again this weekend. We were at the park today and even with all the rain the park was in very good shape. Now with the wind and several days to dry out we should be able to have all trails open and in good shape for every 4x4. As always if in doubt about conditions for your rig call 864 449 5698. Last year we were only open 3 days as it rained every weekend through the month of December.
This Saturday is Cherokee Day and Cherokees of every type get in for $10.00. All others of course are welcome. Next Saturday is Toyota day.
We have our first cabin coming in this weekend. Saturday we will be adding a porch and wiring it in. It will be primitive but have electricity, heat and later A/C. Bunks of plywood it will sleep 5 very easily. It should be ready for reservations, hopefully, by the weekend of the 17th of this month. More info on this as we get it completed.
