Good call not going this weekend...the one time I went it rained a few days earlier and was freezing at night. When the rice thawed that red clay at The Gulches was slippery as goose s***....glad I was only one of two vehicles on trails that day as I was all over the place but never got stuck and able to climb every hill that was open. Not a good situation if crowded though as I had nobody behind me pushing for me to hurry or anything. Take lots of pictures when it happens in May...Good luck.
