Hey, I have 2007 Fender Deluxe Stratocaster guitar, with a 2008 Marshall MG50DFX Amplifier. brand new, these both costed me over $2000. Since I don't have any substantial money saved up at the moment, I am willing to trade my guitar and amp, plus some goodies for a landcruiser. I'm not expecting to see any nice looking, or perfect trucks, but maybe a fixer upper. Anything is better than the truck I have now. Let me know what you have, and hopefully we can figure something out.

Do you have a place to work on it undercover and dry, if you were to find a fixer upper? I would save your money up, and something will pop up. Usually a steal will come along, but you will have to beat Steve T. to it. 
There is a high mileage 80 on CL for $2800 right now.
May I suggest you have a talk with your uncle before going ahead with this idea?

well let me put it this way. The truck I have now (89 s-10 blazer) costed me $350. It was a farm truck, and just about anything that can brake on it, has, or at least is still broken or worn out. I'm sure almost anything will be an improvement over my current truck. I'm sure I will be able to buy a fixer upper cruiser in a few years or so. I just took my chances to see if anyone was interested.
And Bill, I've been trying to contact Gary for a while now. Every time I drive by his house, hes not home. And I don't have a house phone to call him from. It would kill me in cellphone minutes to call him, because we usually talk for at least an hour.

And get your cell phone plan changed to have some kind of friends/family free rate. They are pretty willing to accomodate these days with so much competition.
do not buy a gas 80. You will just regret it. There whores on fuel.
You could buy a 60 in my town that isn't bad for 1000 bucks.
Problem is you need to drive two days here. And two days home.
Plus you need a new primer pump assembly.

Hmmm. That's not too bad. Yeah, a gas 80 will make you broke, with our gas prices.
