Hi everyone,
We have a few Yankee Toys members that want to come to your event. When is registration going to open? Do you have a daily schedule of activities yet? Thanks Gary

The registration form is available in the Jan/Feb2008 Trails or you can down load it from the STLCA website (follow the GSMTR tab at the top and follow the instructions to print you won copy). With either path, it appears that registration is open.

The form on the web site is last years, I have asked Aaron to get it changed. I will have the GSMTR schedule and other info posted here soon. We just have a couple of details to work out.
Thanks.

Thanks

Cost of registration?

Cost of registration?

$90, this includes 6 days of camping, a T-shirt, Thursday nights refreshments (the FJ Cruiser trail team will provide the food) , Friday nights meal, drivers raffle ticket and event decal.

Registration went out in the mail yesterday. I did the usual;
basic registration + Tellico annual permit + some raffle tickets

Thanks Roger for pulling this all together.

You are welcome. Guess I better get the program up and running , so I can start entering registrations.

So,the permits are available through the registration?

Yes, season passes are a $60 option this year.
When the FS implemented the daily use fees years ago, STLCA agreed to prepaid the daily fees for the GSMTR attendees. The season pass cost the same as 6 daily use fees, so when we went to a 6 day event 2 years ago, we just bought everyone a season pass. We had so many complaints last year about the cost of GSMTR registration from the people that attend for less that the full 6 days and don't ride at Tellico the rest of the year that we decided to discontinue prepaying the daily use fee ( the agreement was a hand shake between people that are long gone). So, if you are coming to GSMTR for the full 6 days or plan to ride at Tellico some during the rest of the year it is your best option. Remember if you do not buy the season pass you will have to stop each day and deposit $10 in the fee tube.
