Registration is open!

Who's in? I'm in. We have a cabin this year, and it's in June, so a cabin will be necessary.

Cabin details:

3 queens, 1 twin, 1 sleeper sofa. - technically sleeps 9

Cost is ~1300 for the week, Sunday through Sunday. That's roughly $21 per person per night IF we get 9 people for the whole week. Since we'll have people showing up mid-week, charging per person per night is probably the way to go. If we're less than full capacity, cost will be shared among those who come. For example, if we get 7 people instead of nine for the whole week, cost is ~$27 per person per night.

Please let me know if you plan on staying in the cabin. I'll put you on the list.

EDIT: Cabin is up in the air, because of the date change.

Last year if I remember right we left on a Wednesday? Do we have any kind of idea yet for this year when we want to leave?

I want to do Sunday-Sunday this year. We have the cabin for the whole week.

To be clear, drive up there June 14th, drive home June 21st.

I should sign up but it will more likely only be Thursday-Sunday for me.
More likely drive to TN on Wednesday after work and arrive late that evening. That way I get 3 days of wheeling. Assuming I don’t break this time.

Registered on Friday. Still have some work to do on the 4Runner, but really looking forward to it!!

Let's use this thread. It was open first!

I am excited as hell.

I’m registered as is my project Manager Rick. He’s got a 40th anniv 80. Looking forward to it. Our plan is to arrive late Wednesday. I’ve never been to Winrock. What is camping like around there?

Primitive camping in a field is included with GSMTR registration. There's I think two nights of catered dinners, and there are bath/shower houses.

Camping in the field is a hoot, but it's in june this year, so it'll be hot.
