Distributors are all opening up purchasing via minimum orders, and some will allow single unit sales, to anyone pretty much, no need to setup a legitimate business, get tax docs, etc.
The risk you take is that the person from whom you purchase really doesn't do anything for post sales support / warranty, and I'm not sure what recourse you would have with Hanma if the hardware were to fail.
Now, they may be cheap enough that you really just don't care. However, folks over on Pirate 4x4 have purchased and seem to have had good luck out of the Hanma stuff.
The issue I have (and dude, I'm really not trying to threadcrap here, even if I'm doing a good job of it) is that the OP wasn't 100% clear up front that these are Hanma bars, which, there's really no good reason not to be honest about it.
It's probably still a good deal, the Hanma bars are (relatively) well known, and if he'll drive them down to B'ham and avoid shipping two legs, that's all cool.

Wasn't trying to hide who makes the bars. Was reading it very quickly in the car. They are very well know and very nice for the price. Shipping kills the deal though. I'm making a one time order because I want some led for my truck.
