I went with the GromAudio Adapter for my 2006 LX470. I have the unit that allows two devices to plug in (Sirius and Iphone is what I have on them). It is acting up on me and I am thinking of going with something different.
Biggest complaint of the Grom is that it does not have a way to select what device you want to listen too. If I have the Sirius radio on (which is all the time), and I plug in the phone to charge then my music starts up on the phone. I want to leave both of the devices plugged in, but have a way to select one or the other devices to play through the stereo, or even both of them at times (Listen to Sirius and have the iphone for nav playing over the music).
Right now the solution is to turn off the Sirius radio and and then listen to the Iphone. This eliminates the recording feature of the Sirius radio, which is why I have that particular unit.
There has to be a better way. Am I asking for something that isn't out there?
