It seems as each year the food gets better. Nick's ribs were great, I liked the empanadas, the smoked chicken was rich in flavor, the pulled pork was great, as was everything else. The potato soup was a hit in my book. I think we need to raffle off one of Barbara's Oreo Cookie cheesecakes at CMCC. It'll bring in more money than a set of tires.
Thanks again to everyone who made the effort to show up, get well fed, and stick around for club business. We really have a great bunch of folks here and we're looking forward to a fun 2012 season.
