As in you spoke with the seller and arranged a time to see and drive the vehicle? If not, just ask to arrange a time to drive it and I suspect you'll see the deal turn south real quick. Let me guess, he's deployed on a Navy ship and would like to use Paypal to complete the deal and as soon as he has funds his friend will meet you at the secured storage unit where it's being stored.

It's a scam. If someone needed the cash quickly and needed to dump a $60k LC, they wouldn't put it on Autotrader for $37k. They take it to the local dealer (or the local Carmax) and sell it to them for something near the ~$55k trade-in.

For the record, those photos were taken in Winchester VA. Based on the window sticker the selling dealer was Apple Valley Toyota in Martinsburg VW, right across the border of Winchester VA where those pictures were taken (look at the nav screen). And yet he claims the vehicle is in Plano TX? Yes, people move but there are way too many signs this is a scam.

Yup no he's in Mexico on business....there are 3 more just like it in Dallas.
