Great customer service

I have never posted about great customer service before but Bryce at C.O. went out of his way on a $25 part. I ordered a exhaust block off plate last week and was sent the wrong one, they just asked me to get a pic and email it to them so they could verify it was the wrong part-makes perfect sense, no problem. But before I even got out of work today Bryce had tracked down the guy who packed the box, found out he remembered packing the wrong one and had the correct one sent out on it's way to me ASAP. Thanks Cruiser Outfitters I will defiantly keep buying from you.

Thanks for the post. Mistakes happen despite our continual efforts to prevent them it we really try and step up our game to get them resolved asap and I'm glad Bryce was able to get things squared away. Thanks again for your patience on the mixup and the kind rods.
