i seemed i reversed some numbers on my zip code.
rather than wait for a few weeks, then call them, and have them tell me something was wrong with my order, some one actually CALLED THE WORK NUMBER i put on my order, and explained the problem.
two hours later, i receive an e-mail showing the traking number of my package.
Customer service at its best. something that is missing way too much these days.
