I have been handed down some grease guns. I think they are pneumatic but I am not 100% sure. Can someone tell me what I have?

do all three parts go together? and if so, how?
first pic is an air grease gun, it is missing the whip end, which takes standard tubes of grease
second pic is an oil dispenser, it would go on a barrel pump or shop setup with another hose attached
third pic is same as first
fourth pic is a grease gun that would go on a barrel pump or shop setup
only things that would maybe go together would be the whip end from the fourth pic and install it on the first pic.
