I'll take the interior spare tire mount, and the 4 speed shift knob from one of the other posts.

I'll take the handle! Throwing this question out there as well… I have messed with this tailgate so many times and everything was working perfectly for a year and then I turned the key the other day and it was making a clicking sound, but the window wasn't working and then I tried the switch at the dash and it didn't work either, but still made the same clicking sound. Any idea on what the problem might be?

99.9% sure you have a gear problem. The old plastic ones tend to come apart and jam up the mechanism. It'll click, indicating electrical and switches are good, but not move.

Sounds good. I'll take it apart and look at it but I did replace the plastic gear with a metal one...??

Then something is jammed up. Your electrical sounds good. Another common cause is weatherstripping in the channels on each side of the glass jamming up.
