Gps Mount

Where ya guys mounting yours? I've got a garmin V and was thinking about gettin one of those overhead consoles from specter to mount the GPS to but the console is pretty spendy so I was hopin some of you guys had some creative ideas and pics where you have mounted your GPS's?

Used the stock clip-in mount for my GPSMAP on the binnacle in front of the instrument panel. Blocks the tach, but I can read it.

Next is a power cord so it doesn't eat batteries. I'm hoping programming is available to keep the back light on at night.
