I’ve been spending too much time with the new (Feb) 2025 250-premium pkg and need to start this.

I have two 40’s 73-soft top and 76. My 76 is need of new bottom(floor) tunnel and all will probably be needed. I can cut out old. I have zero experience with welding! ( I will have help with that??)

Question: where on the east cost is best to purchase panels for floor. Looking for a little help with shipping cost? Thanks for any advice.

Where in SC are you? I have a couple steel supplier companies I can recommend if you're in the Upstate area. I don't think you need floor panels from those pictures. Just patch panels of 16-18 ga sheet metal.

Agree on doing patch repair. That section of the tub is boxed. A replacement would most likely be a 3/4 tub. Can see the vertical seam on my 76 where the rear floor is bent over. The lower floor is the bottom and back of the boxed section.
