Looking forward to the result. Removing the two tone should take it out of the 90's.

What kind of paint job you gonna do? Yourself? Professional?

I ordered if off ebay out of NJ got a gallon of jet black the reducer and hardener... I should have gotten just the paint as I had plenty of the other... but it was less than $100 delivered... it's an acrylic enamel with a urethane hardener... I did shoot the whole side with a high build primer and block sanded after with 500grit to fill the sand marks from the 320 DA wiped with paint prep masked and shot... I have a couple nice guns but I tend to go to my harbor freight knock off... think it was $19 and is a copy of a gravity fed binks design from the 90's... I needed a retarder in this heat (over 90) but I didn't have so I shot it fast... like under 3 min per coat... it flashed off and I recoated in 7-8 min on the second coat... then I added about 30% clear to the black and shot the last coat with that... don't ask me why I just always have with black single stage paint... if I'm painting a dump truck or something I will shoot a hot coat (50% thinner) for the final coat to make it blend... I've even done that with an airless rig with results that still look good 5 years later... I do these things... because I don't know ant better... :)
