Got myself an FJ45 cab

What a rare opportunity? I drove home from a near by state. Then I spotted a blue FJ inside a garage on the roadside. The garage sell mostly restored 4x4. I thought it was an FJ40 from the front (45 is real hard to find around here in Thailand). I was surprised and glad to see that it is a restored FJ45's cab. It was sitting on a rusty chassis. I guessed it was waiting to be completed and sold to some random customers.

I tried my luck by making an offer to the garage owner. After a few minutes of negotiation, I got myself a 2nd project! (I'm not sure my wife's as thrill as I am).

That's the whole reason behind it. It looks so good that I had to get it.
Now I'm on a hunt for decent chassis, engine, tranny, axles, truck bed, wheel, tires... Still a long way to go!

Like they say, the first one is hard to built (and costly too). The second one should be way easier (and less expensive).
