I always thought vanity plates were weird, but when i decide to do the "Resto" on my 80, i noticed the plates were TRASHED! So i figured, what the hell....

I saw a plate on a corvette once that read "TI 3VOM"
I knew it had to be a vanity plate, but I couldn't figure it out, until I saw it in my rearview mirror.

I was in SoCal some years back, and recall seeing this nice Range Rover with the plate RANROVR. At first glance I thought the owner's intent was the obvious one, but the license plate frame said something like "Happiness is Being Divorced." What the......ok, I get it, not Range Rover, but since the driver was a male......Ran Her Over.?? Who knows.....
Anyway, I'm going to see if IH8MUD is available in Hawaii when I register the LC next week for the first time. Your plate is pretty cool though, and I'm surprised it was available in car crazy California.

I think that Boyd seriously considered this a while back. I say we get a bunch of us to chip in and get him a vanity plate saying that and give it to him in Baja (for those of you lucky bastids going to Baja!)
Better order it now if you want it by Oct though.
