I found a smokin' deal on craigslist, actually a steal!! I traded my 2003 stock bumper for an ARB bull bar and a Warn 9.5xp winch. We had to install the 2003 bumper on the 2001 Tacoma but it was bolt on. The ARB did have some booger welds that the PO had welded the bumper to the brackets but we got them cut off. I had a lot of help from my friend Corey swapping the bumpers and Jamie at Sparks Toyota helped me figure out if they would swap over easily. I'm going to get my local welder/ fabricator to do the frame endcap mod on my truck and install the ARB, and I should have some pics up by the middle of the week!!!

I got the bumper for swapping out my stock bumper and a little cash!!! What a deal! And it was less than 10 miles from my house. The owner of the other truck had just bought the 2001 Tacoma for his 15 year old and wanted to put it back to stock so his teenager wouldn't be tempted to use the winch!!!! LOL!

Nice score!

nice...what a difference a bumper can make.
looks really good.

Finally got the bumper installed correctly and got the skidplate on! I now have functioning turn signals again and wired up the winch!

Dang, Scott! That thing is looking great! Just out of curiosity, how is that fairlead mounted? I don't see any bolts through the face of the bumper, so I'm trying to wrap my head around how the winch and lead are mounted... I assume there are some structural members on the inside of the ARB that everything attaches to, but I can't figure out how it all goes together.
