Picked up a BW200 Project because I need more things to distract me from my slow progress on my other projects. Engine crank case is damaged, front forks bent. missing a "few" parts. Started on the rust repair, and general rust treatment, rebuilt the wheel hubs as well as the jack shaft and the head stock bearings. Put on some new, and slightly larger tires because of availability.

Gasket kit is just taking way too long.

Flushed a bunch if gunk out. Prelubed the top end. To tired to keep messing with it today. But making progress. I am going to have to dig in to those rear shocks at some point .

Gonna put some lipstick on that muffler with the welder. Make a new bracket for it and hopefully not have to get another muffler. She must have spent a lot of time in the bushes.

Well I have spark now and she runs when sprayed so I need to clean up the wiring and tie it down. Worked on the seat and going to be torquing stuff down while putting the chains on etc. Can't work on it this weekend due to work but feeling better that I can probably get it going soon.

Well she started on the 4th kick. Need to get several things done still but did 4 oil changes and 4 warm up cycles and still getting organic mold looking stuff coming out. That's ok though I'll keep doing it until it comes out clean.
