Got a New Whistle

My 1978 FJ45 just started a new air noise. A pretty loud whistle starts at around 40 mph and gets louder as you pick up speed. It doesn't matter if the kick vents or windows are open or closed. It sounds like it is coming from the roof but nothing is loose. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's the Weatherstriping

Well it wasn't hard to figure out. One of the bolts on the front exterior holding the roof on was out which caused the roof to lift just a bit and pushed the weatherstripping out on the front passenger side of the roof.

I couldn't quite push it back in but will try it again this weekend. I really would like to avoid taking the roof off. If I do have to take the roof off any advice you might have would be appreciated.
