Did my black friday shopping today and ordered some new Wrangler Duratracs, of the 285/75 flavor. I have been eyeballing these for awhile, anyone with any experience on these yet? Can't wait to get them on and hit up some snow!
Anyone know where to find the actual "Height" of thes compared to others it's size? Just curious. Will post up some pics as soon as I can.
I have no experence with these but have also been on the fence debating pulling the trigger on a set of these. Congrats on the purchase as I would be super stoked if I had a set comming.
I put a set of the same size on a 97 FZJ80 (no lift yet) and have been running them for about 3 weeks. Smoother than T/A Mudders and MT/R's, and quiter than both (but not real quiet), a very nice ride from an aggressive tread. Also rated as a snow tire. Not much tracking, so spouse seems to be happy as well (which goes a long ways to getting concurrence on the ARB or FOR Gen2 lift coming next- "See Honey, it does ride smoother..."). I am very satisfied with the choice for this vehicle, and would buy them again.
I have it parked on a steep slope this morning and can't get a good measurement of height.
Did really well wheelin' last weekend. My friend's H2 with BFG AT's had tread filled with mud...looked like mud slicks. My treads were only half filled; traction wasn't an issue as the voids in the lugs cleared mud very well for an AT tire.
