Good place for an inspection in the Springs?

Hello Colorado Land Cruisers,

I have a '71 FJ55 and am usually over in that thread, but I am looking to add a 1995 TLC to my collection.

Here's my question: I very recently moved to Colorado Springs from Missouri and am looking for a reputable mechanic to give the LC a good looking over before I purchase. (Or is this a pretty basic procedure that I can trust about anyone to do?)

I'd like to keep it close to the I-25 / I-24 intersection area since that's where the LC is located.

I know this is sort of a Colorado Springs resident specific question, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

Red Rock Auto at 19th and Unitah is a good shop. As I remember they list pre-purchase inspections as one of their services.

They are about 1 mi west of I25 on Unitah an about 1/2 mi north of Hwy 24.

Thanks for the info. I'm supposed to test drive it tomorrow, so hopefully, I can take it by.
