Can anyone recommend someone to check out an FJ40 in the Myrtle Beach area? I am driving down from Atlanta and want to get one checked out before I head back.

Thanks

Maybe Greenseaman or Greg French
Jeremy (belmont) used to live there also

Give me a ring if you want. I don't know of a Cruiser shop in the area, but my Grandad has an old tire store on Main St. in Conway. He has an older guy working there that is the best in the area for brakes and chassis work. He could look at it and see if it is safe or needs any work on the chassis, tires, brakes, steering, etc. Don't know how much help he would be on the drivetrain but I am sure he could tell you if it is running ok. Not sure what he would charge, but I can find out if you want. I will be in town all next week and might could stop by as well to lend my Cruiser knowledge to point out previous owners hack job work etc.

Where is the Cruiser located?

Jeremy

Thanks Jeremy, it's the one in Conway. I'm waiting on a return call from the seller to proceed.
