I feel certain that pics of Amy's rack are in our future

She must not be very hot if mrs wob was so nonchalant about the deal.

I will be in NC next week going to eat at Scotts BBQ in Glodsboro... I really do not remember where to get BBQ around there..

Sounds like A GOOD PARTY nekid people running around in golf cats... sounds like a proper pick picking to me..

I guess she took her underwear home with her, but they left via golf cart and borrowed some beach towels

After Wob passed out on the toilet in his "shed" his wife continued with the porking theme at hand. It is obvious why she played the nonchalant card.

I freakin' wade thru 150 posts and get no pics?

seriously...wtf?

yeah, how about that?

I'll be cooking another one September 25th. I'll try to get some pics then.

"Do or do not... there is no try."

I'll be waitin' for the pics...

You'd better start aging that hog now if you want it to be ready by then...

no doubt - nothing like a fine aged hog to be slow cooked all day

should go pretty quick in this heat.

speaking of the heat...

The worst part of the entire hog operation / party was the next day. I woke up at 12:30 still drunk / hungover as hell, and started cleaning up. My dog had eaten all four of the raw pig legs, and numerous bones and parts of the unwanted cooked pig the day before. Apparently, it was a little too much for him, and he yakked up five piles of partially digested pig in the garage during the night. By 12:30, it was pretty hot already, and the yak piles were ripe. I swept them out of the garage while dry heaving. It was awesome. Next, I had to tackle cleaning the bbq tray. It still had the pig carcass on it, but it was covered in congealed fat. Sliding that into a garbage bag broke out another round of the heaves. Finally got that taken care of, cracked a beer, and all was good again.

I might be ready to eat bbq again by this Friday.

just hang to raw pig parts from a branch overhanging your pond.... when the maggots take over, they'll fall off the pork and the bream will eat them up... nom nom nom...

I've heard of folks doing that with chickens.
