Gonna cook a whole hog this weekend - any suggestions?

My favorite, also did one Jonny Cash style on a bed of rocks and a ring fire (mesquite) around it. Equally yummy.

you are from texass you know nothing about cooking a whole hog. I will excuse you from not getting "it" and stop defending your gay brother.. a brilliant cook knows when simple is "best" .. as far as miller high life fxxx that give me a porter, and some shine at a pig pickin or some imperia vodka. .. you and liam can go back to sucking bones with frilly caps now..

obviously eating is your strong suit, but cooking i doubt you're any good at.
