I am leaving as soon as the roads open tomorrow. It should be a real adventurer to say the least.

Would love to go but I need to make some $$ to pay for mods :p

sorry man it was a race ageist time and I got A little exited.
when I left HWY 14 was still closed. I had to wait 3HR's for it to open. Some of the folks had to wait 28 HR's  I left my house at 11:00 am and got to Bickle at 7:30 pm
I did deliver the sleeping bags and winter coats to old Bill he was freezing. I could not get the chimney pipe back on the ace of spades do to lack of a good saw. I will try again on
Jan 3rd and 4th

Details or history on post number nine?

That my friend is the mouth of Burro Schmidt's Tunnel...under 16" of snow!

WOW!

Snow is all gone. But it's still DANG cold

At sunrise this morning, Bickel Camp was 12 degrees!

Charlie and I were the only ones working on the roof. Cold, slow going, with safety ropes over the top of the roof to help keep us from falling off. Got 2/3rds of the front of the roof stripped bare, de-nailed, brushed with lap cement and covered with new paper.

I was in a fair amount of pain, having crashed my bike on New Year's Day, but I didn't want to let FLCC down.

I'll call you tomorrow.

I was told that there are some natual caves in the area. Do you guys know where these are and are they worth seeing?

Who told you that  I have seen a few small Indian cave shelters
and lots of mines. Their are some that are full of water that are cool.

Including the one that I own :grinpimp:

I am sorry that I could not make it do to work. :frown: I'm disappointed at the tune out.

So :cheers::cheers: to Mark Thank you For a fantastic job and all the things you do.
If it was not for people like you giving back to the lands we love
and helping to keep them open and enjoyable for all to use :grinpimp:

I'm up for helping, just need to be around when you guys go...

My Dad's friend says there are caves, I'll have to inquire a little more. maybe they are nothing more than basic holes or dwellings like you say.
