Going from Old Man Emu nitro shocks, back to OEM shocks. What to expect?

Ready to order the ARB 2" lift kit. I just installed new OEM front shocks when I rebuilt the front with new shocks, rotors, brakes, OEM UCA's and LCA's, hubs, anti sway bushings and all the other bits and pieces for the job. If I go the 2" lift will the new shocks I just installed work? The order for the lift kit and the ARB front bumper goes in next week. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply JunkCrzr89. That saves me some money!

I removed the AHC on my LX and installed the Ironman Foam Cell Pro stage 3 lift, however I now plan to replace the shocks with oem 100 series (non AHC) shocks. While the foam cell pros ride great with my truck loaded down heavy, they are not great for an unloaded daily driver.
I found a full set of oem’s for $270 shipped online so I ordered them. I’m excited to have that “cloud like ride” people speak of.
I’ll update my experience as soon as they are on.

Update- I installed the oem shocks and while they a little better, it’s not a huge improvement over the Foam Cell Pros. I have heard the OME nitro sports are crazy stiff so I would imagine seeing a huge difference coming from those vs the Ironman’s. That’s ok, I’m still happy with the ride. I think my next step is to replace all the rubber link and uca bushings.
