Hellow to all!! i have been a avid reader on this great forum for a few years now i have and have had a few cruisers i now have a 93 fj80 and this summer i aquired what i think is the love of my life a 85 (can spec)BJ70!! last wk end got the chance to really let it streach it's legs it did not dissopoint!! I was toatally amazed! It has become my DD & wk end wheeling fix!! So far owership has been uneventfull untill this morning. Went to start and no glow plug light & no water filter light !? turned key over again nothing it started but was slow and battery gauge in dash showed low.had to get to work drove 20mi gauge came up finnally but not to what im use to seeing. after turning it off then restarting still no glow or filter light . Im at work on the road not with the truck .ANY insight or infomation i can ponder till i return would be of great help!!! P.s im at a loss when it comes to Electrickery!

You would normally start with checking the battery and the terminals

I have not checked condition of battery.Guess I should start simple!.Just wondering if there is any common relay/fuse/ground associated with glow plug-filter light?I will check battery & ground connections.
