After seeing a couple of 4runner clinometers in the for sale section, I did a web search for climometers and found this web site. Anybody already try something like this?

What do they mean by "FORE / AFT PART OF INDICATOR IS NOT DAMPENED. NOT SUITABLE FOR HEAVY VIBRATION APPLICATIONS"?

Do you think mounting this in a bouncy wagon cause issues to the fore/aft indicator?

My guess is when you're in trouble, you won't be looking at that meter, you'll be driving your butt off. But I guess they are an interestring conversation piece for your passengers?

X2. I think they do bring a cool factor, but have probably very limited practical application.

I like seeing my clinometer move in the parking garage.....lol....that'll be about it though.....Just a fun little feel good thing.....I'm sure they have practical uses just not sure about in a 40....
