Gazelle Tent Travel Hard Case

Any solutions for traveling with a Gazelle tent on roof rack. Looking for a lockable hard case solution. Internal needs to be around 12" x 12" x 70". Thanks

Very interesting solution! Where does one purchase a body bag? You're energizing me to complete my overlanding hearse. A lockable pelican/roam-like case would be awesome. Some sort of solution that locks and doesn't flap around.

I’ve put mine in my Yakima skybox to keep it from getting wet.

I used an older Yakima space booster I got from CL/OU to transport my Oztent RV5. Worked well but it was a little awkward getting it in and out as the tent is pretty heavy.

Not a hard case, but...
I picked up the Gazelle Overland bag and no issues with it yet, so far so good.
I haven't driven through HEAVY rain but the rain I have been through hasn't gone through the bag and the tent was dry when I went to deploy it

I usually use ratchet strap to roof bar overhang that isn't too long enough for much else. Not waterproof but now I know they make a better bag in the link above.

We use a thule rooftop cargo box for our gazelle. I guess if you have the overland bag you could use one of these tent mounts.
