Looking to see who would be interested in a tube front bumper. It will have A/C reciver/dryer protection, recovery points and mounts for lights. I'm shooting for around $400 painted. Powder coating would be available but at an additional cost. Probably won't have mounting for a winch to keep the price down but if thats what everyone wants then winch mounting could be added. It would be similar to the MetalTech ones but with no stinger, again to keep prices down. Fabrication for the test bumper won't start till the end of next month because the fab shop is waiting for the new tube bender to be built then its about 3-4 weeks for delivery once its built. Also on the books if the fab shop has time is a spare tire mount for the stock rear bumper, transfer case skid plate and sliders. I'm posting this here because I don't want to deal with shipping.

Id be interested in a belly pan or just a transfer case skid.

A winch plate is a must for me, and it needs to have more clearance that the mt bumper, and I personally love a stinger

It would be sweet if it looked like pkp80's front bumper

Do you have any pictures of his bumper?

I was going stinger-less due to it making it a little more difficult when working under the hood with it sticking out. Singers can be added but it adds to the labor and parts cost.

Here's some of my favorites

Ever since i got the MT, i've been wishing i went with the large stinger instead of the small one. Definitely looks better to me. Having it up higher would also be safer in case of rollover, or keeping un-spooled cable up higher. Not to mention, it makes a great seat when working under the hood.

I'd like to see a skid plate...

These are side projects for our race car fabricator to do in his down time it will probably be late winter till anything is ready. Since it looks like the majority wants a winch plate with the bumper we will probably go that route.

Any chance of talking him into rear wings? I've been playing with ideas on em, but from what i've seen everyone that makes them wants way to much for what they are.

Maybe. I'd like to come up with a bumper wing that has a swing out for a spare tire and/or fuel cans that easily mounts to the stock rear metal bumper. But first on the list is a front bumper then transfer case skid plate.

I'm interested in a full setup as well - bumper, sliders, rear tire carrier. Keep us updated. thanks!

The new tubing bender should be here in a couple weeks. I'm thinking of starting with a generic winch plate and cutting it to fit and attaching the tubing to that.

how about a high clearance rear tube bumper? with swing out?

Eventually I'd like to have them build a rear bumper with swing out but #1 on the list is a tube front bumper with winch mount and A/C dryer protection.
