Garage Lift FOR SALE

LexTech has relocated to a new location in town and expanded their size and capabilities. He bought two extra lifts to install but was only able to use a maximum of three lifts...so he has one extra.

It is used and rated at 10,000lbs....I think he said the brand was either Rotary Lift or Bendpak...he has both in his shop but not sure which this model is.

He is asking $1200 for the lift and if I had a garage where it would fit I would love it....

If interested or know someone that thinks it is a MUST HAVE and has a trailer to come pick it up....sounded like a great deal to me.

I think the address listed might be his old one...but the phone numbers are all good still to give him a call and discuss the lift, pricing, and pickup if interested.

Glenn is a great guy and done a lot for LC rigs in area...

Very intrested. I obviously need to do some research on this typr of lift.
I was not planning on buying one until after I moved to florida but I wont turn down a good deal.

Like I said let me do some research and if its what I need I will hit you or your friend up.

So he link you posted goes to a shops website. Is that your friend that is selling it? Should I contact the shop for more info on the lift?

yes, contact Glenn directly...he is owner of shop and it is his lift. I and a few LC guys helped him move the past couple weeks so he could get opened faster and he told me and showed me the lift. It is sitting on his old shop floor ready to be loaded and transported.

From what I know the Rotary and Bendpak systems are considered very robust and well made items....or so I was told from some others I know.

But yes, call Glenn direct at his shop number. Very nice guy and a straight shooter.

Right on Folly Road across from Hyman Nursery....two buildings past Verizon...and just before spray wash. There is a vegan place opening next door but you cant miss the sign.

It used to be a Money Check Place so is no longer bright green as in photo but he has big sign that says LEXTECH out front.
