Buyer Beware

Ordered the LC black window trim for chrome delete, a pretty cool grill and LEXUS name badge for my 570.

Name badge said it was delivered. It was NOT. Can’t complete install. I have emailed the customer service 4 times. No response. Called the number it goes direct to VM every with this bogus Aussie outgoing message.

Disputing charges with Amex. Still no response.

Be careful doing business. Similar war stories on other sites.

Still no response and just found out they sent the wrong grill. Won’t respond for a return either. CC dispute is only option

Just bought a grill from Alpha Garage for my LX470. Unfortunately they sent me a “Toyota” insert instead of the “Lexus”. I have sent several emails to their customer service and have not received any replies. Their number goes to an answering machine, left numerous voicemails and no reply. Buyer Beware…

Hate to say this, but I bought a grill from them years ago and the paint started peeling after about a year. More a testament to the product, than to the service.
