gaging interest in my 71 FJ40

Just checking the board to see if anyone would be interested in my 71 FJ40. I know it depends on price and condition which I will list here. As I said, It's a 71 model with the usual rust, but not too bad. I was gonna use this as a pleasure rig and dont have the time or funds to finish it. I dropped in a rebuilt sbc 350, it has a new accel HEI coil pack, new wires, new hi flo water pump (not installed) new bumper, new shocks, add a leaf (not installed) extra set of 31" michelin tires, mini truck brake parts for conversion and probably more parts but cant think of them right now. The sbc conversion is installed with the help of AA adapters and bolted to the stock 3 spd tranny and xfer case. The motor and adapter setup alone is over a thousand bux.
