Bob, i've got a sale pending, if it falls through then you will be the first in line for it. it will bolt up to a 2F bellhousing no problem, and i had it in my '71 FJ55....it fits but it's not a a direct bolt in replacement, not as easily as it would into a FJ60 or 62
