I've got a 1FZ pulled from a 1994 80-series that we did an LS swap on. This was going to be used for another project but plans have changed and we've got a few 1FZ cores to work with so we're letting this one go. This truck had 217k miles and was well maintained and had no known problems at the time of the swap, head gasket has not been done. The harness was cut at the IH1 plug so you can have what's left but should plan on transferring over your own or purchasing a new one.
